VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

Key Drop Off

Dropping off your car for service, repair or MOT.

Please thoroughly clean your key with a sanitising wipe before placing it on the table in the centre of reception.

Do not cross the barrier, please hold any conversation required from a distance.

While You Wait

Please note that we are not currently permitting “While U wait” operations. You are welcome to go off for a walk but you cannot wait in reception. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment

In order to minimise human to human contact, we are strongly encouraging all customers to pay their bills remotely over the phone or by BACS, before collecting their cars.

If you insist on paying with cash, we will ask you to count the money in our view and to then place the money inside a sealable plastic bag (which we will provide) before passing it to us. No change will be given.

Collecting your car

On completion of the works on your car, we will have cleaned it using sanitising sprays/wipes. In addition, on request, we can treat the interior of your car with a nebuliser disinfectant treatment. This circulates atomised disinfectant around your car which helps to disinfect all surfaces inside the car. This treatment incurs an additional cost of £10+Vat which represents our cost price for the treatment. Please let us know if you would like this additional service when dropping off your car.

Courtesy Car Standards

For your protection, your courtesy car has been sanitised using disinfectant impregnated cloths and/or wipes/sprays.

Before returning the courtesy car, please put on the enclosed gloves and use the wipes to clean all the touch points on the car. This includes steering wheel, indicator/washer stalks, gear stick, handbrake, interior mirror, door handles (inner and outer), seatbelt buckle/release button, seat position adjusters and anything else you may have touched.

Finally, when everything has been cleaned, please lock the car, wipe the exterior door handle and clean the key.

Please keep your gloves on until you have passed the ignition key back to us. Then and only then, please remove your gloves, place them and the wipes inside the resealable bag and place in the bin provided.
